The AI productivity platform for client work

Nothing slips.

Feed it anything: a meeting, a voice note in the car, a contract, a whiteboard photo. NextUp turns it into follow-ups and client memory, and you can talk it all through, anywhere.

This is the app.

A 31-minute call reduced to decisions and owners. Capture that files itself. Whisper reading your day back to you.

1

Calls end as decisions and owners

A 31-minute client call, reduced to what was decided, who owns it, and when it’s due, filed to the account before you’re back at your desk.

Say it or snap it. It files itself

A voice note in the car, a photo of the whiteboard, a PDF, a 2am thought. One capture sheet; NextUp reads it and turns it into the next action.

Talk it through, hands-free

Ask Whisper what’s on, work through your actions on the drive, and have it read the day back to you.

Step 1 · Everything in

The conversation ends. The follow-ups exist.

Eyes on the room, not on your notes. NextUp records and transcribes with speaker names, then turns what was agreed into tasks: owner, date, client. Email, voice notes, photos, contracts and PDFs land the same way: understood, not just stored.

  • Speaker-aware transcripts show who committed to what.
  • Follow-ups arrive dated and owned, filed to the client.
  • Anything else you capture, from a forwarded email to an RFP, gets the same treatment.

Step 2 · Remember

Every client, remembered.

Calls, emails and promises file themselves to the account. Open a client and see the history, the open loops, and whose move it is.

  • The timeline builds itself: meetings, threads and commitments in one place, no data entry.
  • “What matters most” sums up the relationship before you walk in.
  • It knows whose court the ball is in, and nudges before the thread goes cold.

Step 3 · Talk it through with Whisper

It was in the room for everything.

Whisper has heard every call, read every document and thread, and remembers every promise. Talk through your actions on the drive, ask about any file or client. It answers from your own history, then does the prep for you.

  • A brief before every meeting: who they are, what was said, what to say next.
  • Ask anything, like “what did Mercer say about pricing?”, by text or voice. It finds the moment.
  • Follow-ups drafted, never sent. Every suggestion waits for your nod.

Why NextUp

You'd need three apps for this.

Most people run a note-taker, a CRM and a to-do list, and still drop threads in the gaps between them. NextUp is one intelligence layer that closes the loop.

1

Note-takers give you a transcript

NextUp gives you the follow-ups inside it: dated, owned, filed to the client, on your list before you're back at your desk.

2

CRMs wait for you to type

NextUp builds the client record from what was said on calls and sent over email. No admin nights.

3

To-do apps trust your memory

NextUp remembers who owes whom on every open thread, and nudges before it goes cold.

Every morning

Three things a day.

Each morning NextUp weighs your meetings, deadlines and open threads and proposes the three that move things. Underneath, a real system tracks the rest, so the three are drawn from a list you can trust.

  • Swap any of the three in a tap. You stay in charge.
  • Waiting-on items resurface the moment it's your move again.
  • A weekly review sweeps every client so nothing quietly dies.

Plugged into your tools.
Locked to you.

NextUp reaches into the places work already happens, and keeps every word of it yours alone.

And it works both ways: NextUp is an MCP server. Connect Claude, or any AI you already use, and it can search your transcripts, documents, actions and accounts, and file work back into them.

Per-user encryption keys
AES-256, your key alone. Even we can't read your transcripts.
Encrypted in transit & at rest
Audio travels encrypted, is transcribed securely, and is stored under your personal key until you delete it.
Never sold, encrypted by default
Your words aren't sold or shared, and stay encrypted with your own key.

Questions

Good to know.

Who is NextUp for?
Anyone whose work runs on conversations: sales teams, lawyers, recruiters, financial advisers, agencies, consultants, founders. Meetings, calls, voice notes on the drive home, the documents that follow. If that's your week and your risk is dropped follow-ups, it fits.
What exactly does NextUp do?
NextUp is an AI productivity platform for your working life. Feed it meetings, voice notes, emails, files and photos. It turns them into follow-ups with owners and dates, builds a memory of every client, and briefs you before you walk in. Ask it anything: by text, by voice in the car, or through Claude.
Is it recording all my meetings? Where does that go?
Only when you ask it to. Your recordings and transcripts belong to you. They're encrypted, never sold, and stored under your own key, and you can delete any of it at any time.
Will Whisper send emails or change things on its own?
Never. Whisper drafts pre-briefs, replies and triage suggestions, then waits for your nod. Nothing leaves your hands without your approval.
Is NextUp a CRM?
It's the layer that keeps one honest. NextUp builds a living picture of each client from your calls and email: the history, the commitments, the next step, with no data entry. Solo sellers and small teams can run their whole client list on it; if you already have a CRM, NextUp is where the truth shows up first.
Can my team use it?
Yes. Delegate an action to a teammate, share a meeting with its recording and follow-ups, and keep a shared library of playbooks. It works fine solo; the team features are there when you hire.
What does it connect to?
Gmail, Outlook, Google Drive and OneDrive out of the box. And NextUp is an MCP server, so Claude (or any MCP-capable AI) can search your meetings, documents, actions and accounts, and create actions for you. Connect a source in a tap and disconnect it just as fast.
How is my data kept private?
Meeting audio is encrypted in transit, transcribed on secure servers, and stored encrypted with your own per-user key, and nothing is ever sold. We don't use your content to train our own models. Delete any recording, or everything, whenever you like.
When can I get it?
NextUp launches August 2026. Join the early-access list below and we'll send your invite before the public launch.
How much will it cost?
NextUp is free to start. Pro is US$14.99 a month (US$129.99 a year) and unlocks more transcription, Whisper automations and team features. Plans may shift a little before launch, but that's the shape of it.
