Common topics
Manage or cancel your subscription
On iPhone or iPad: open the Settings app → tap your name → Subscriptions → NextUp. You can change, pause, or cancel from here. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
On Mac: open the App Store → click your name at the bottom left → View Information → Manage (next to Subscriptions).
On the web: sign in at my.nextupai.app and go to Settings → Billing.
Restore purchases
If you reinstall the app or sign in on a new device and your subscription doesn't appear, open NextUp → Settings → Subscription → Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID you originally purchased with.
Delete your account
You can delete your account directly inside the app at any time: Settings → Account & Profile → Delete Account. Deletion destroys your per-user encryption key immediately, which means remaining ciphertext on our servers cannot be decrypted or recovered. This action is permanent. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Refund requests
In-app purchases through Apple are refunded by Apple, not by us. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. For web subscriptions or credit top-ups, email support@nextupai.app and we'll review the request.
Privacy and data requests
For access, correction, or export of your personal data, email privacy@nextupai.app.
Troubleshooting
- Recording not starting: check that microphone permission is granted in Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone.
- Transcript is missing speakers: NextUp learns voices over time. Label a few speakers manually and they'll be recognised in future meetings.
- Sync issues across devices: make sure you're signed into the same account and that iCloud is enabled for NextUp in Settings.
- Voice assistant won't start: the voice assistant requires a network connection and microphone access. Check both, then restart the app.
