NextUp is an AI productivity platform that captures your commitments from meetings and conversations, surfaces what's important, helps you plan your day, and nudges you when things need attention. It's designed to make you more effective, not just more organised. It works on iPhone and Mac.
NextUp uses advanced natural language processing to understand the intent behind your conversations. It identifies commitments, follow-ups, deadlines, decisions, and ownership — then structures them as actionable items linked to the right context.
You can start using NextUp without creating an account. An optional Apple Sign In is available if you want to sync data across devices via iCloud.
NextUp is available on iPhone and Mac. Your tasks and recordings sync across both devices via iCloud. Apple Watch support is in development.
Privacy & Data
Yes. Transcription can run on-device for shorter recordings. For longer recordings that use cloud processing, audio is transmitted securely, processed, and not retained after transcription is complete. We never sell or use your data for model training.
No. We don't serve ads, don't build user profiles, and don't share data with third parties. Analytics are minimal and anonymised, used only to improve the product.
All meetings, tasks, and recordings are stored locally in Core Data on your device with optional iCloud sync. You can export or delete everything at any time from Settings.
Pricing
NextUp uses a credit-based system. You get free credits to start, and can purchase more as needed. Credits are used for cloud transcription and AI features. On-device features are always free.
We offer both credit packs (pay-as-you-go) and a subscription option for heavier users. You can choose whichever model works best for you.
Yes. NextUp is free to download and comes with starter credits so you can try the full experience before purchasing.
